It cleans it up big time plus it also removes some weight.

You know you are going to force me to rewire both my DSMs now!

For the price of that connector from chasebays I think I am going to just do multiple deustch connectors with some sort of a custom fab bracket right at the fire wall.

I also think I will be intergrating as much as I can into my harness like you did. But I have a lot of changes to make to my car first.

I'm sure if you dug through the Glenair catalog you could find one that will work and not pay as much.

Cannon plug for the fuse box.

All the connectors I've got collected so far. When I ordered the 2 cavity connectors I buggered up and ordered 1 receptacle and 4 plugs, should have been 4 receptacles too. All well, I'll fix it on my next order.

Hopefully gonna dive into moving the fuse box this weekend.

HDP24-2431PEHDP20 is the Receptacle and HDP26-24-31STHDP20 is the Plug.

Thanks for putting up pictures of the F6 sleeving, that definitely makes it a lot easier to sleeve an existing harness!

The F6 is really easy to work with, you still need to terminate it some how though, either with heat shrink or tape.

I'm going to start working on the fuse box plug on Monday.

Keep watching for another new part this week.
The girl friend is out of town Monday to Wednesday so I'll have no one to distract me from working on it.

My Electric Water Pump is here.

Beside my Evo 3 16G for a size comparison, it's pretty compact.

AN adapters to convert it from 1" NPT to -16AN.

Plan to mount it in the wheel well/fender on the driver side. It will draw power from the OEM fuse box (hence why it's pictured here).

I also played with the Deutsch crimper, F6 sleeve, and some heat shrink on my Bosch AL ballasts for my HID retro. This stuff is really easy to work with.

Part numbers for what exactly?
All my Deutsch connectors have come from Wirecare.com so far. I'm not posting part numbers because they are fairly specific to how I'm wiring my car; I've got a lot of stuff removed that most other people would keep so you would need a different part (more wires).

The Deutsch connector part of Wirecare is all interactive and it's incredibly easy to get exactly what you want.
