a 2.3-2.4 9.0:1 comp and a 20g or bigger will deffinetly get you over 400 with supporting mods.... and what do you mean by " true 16g" ? mine is a real MHI evoIII 16g, the only thing that has been done is the step was ported/ shaved on the exhaust inlet... its actually not that hard to hit 400whp on a 16g, you just have to have all the supporting mods to max the turbo out to 42-44 lbs/min of airflow and a good tuner...


sorry for the delay, I was gonna hit the dyno this last weekend but I had to hunt down a problem which ended up being a bad ignition coil pack.... all is better now, so hopefully soon I will have some dyno numbers...

thats impressive getting the 14b to hit 28 psi.... that thing must have spiked hard and fell fast... how much airflow were you seeing?

Be done hundreds of times. Search tab on here works wonders

well... thought I would update here....never made it on the dyno or the track with the 1g, broke 4th gear for the second time....So I ended buying a 2G lol, 97 GSX, which I swapped my built motor into and strapped on a TD05H 20G which will now be my dd, with a little tack time here and there till the 1g is done...

I now have new plans for the 1G, it is getting prepped to become a drag car! may be awhile before I make any progress on it but I will post back when I start taring into it.. but I will probably start a new thread for the drag build.
